About MELLOWBELLY

We all experience fight, flight or freeze. We should all be granted the ease of rest and digest.

The body is a vessel for connection. By caring for the nervous system through mindful breathwork and movement, we can foster a better connection with self. To truly turn inwards is to also turn outwards and experience our deep connection with others and our planet. In that sense, the yoga I practice and teach is as much for mental and physical well-being as it is an expression of my commitment to social and environmental justice.
